In this role, you will own COVU OS, our advanced workflow management tool that replaces traditional CRMs with task orchestration and customizable flows based on SOPs and Data-driven Learning Loops.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Your primary mission is to ensure the right work reaches the right human or AI agent at the right time and ensure those agents have the tools they need to provide exemplary customer service. You will lead a squad of senior engineers, serving as their primary \"unblocker\" by translating complex business logic into precise, plain-text requirements and functional mappings. You aren't just managing features; you are architecting the \"factory floor\" of modern insurance. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is not focused on UI features.
