With competitive pay and benefits, stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef Leathers could become your next career move! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>3 ½ day Work Week with a 4 week work day rotation</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive wages</li>\n <li>Multiple Employee Bonus Programs</li>\n <li>Family-friendly Benefits</li>\n <li>Safe and stable work</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Quality Assurance Auditor responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Input attributes and monitor quality</li>\n <li>Communicate with Production pertaining to quality issues</li>\n <li>Obtain daily samples</li>\n <li>Encourage a safe work environment including wearing appropriate PPE</li>\n <li>Provide coverage when needed</li>\n <li>Willing and able to be cross trained in all areas of Quality Assurance duties</li>\n <li>All other tasks as assigned by Quality Assurance Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified Candidates for the Night Shift Quality Auditor position should have the following skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read and write in English</li>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired through two to five years of manufacturing experience in a tannery or a previous Quality Assurance position</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers</li>\n <li>Availability to work all shifts, flexible hours, flexible days/evenings to include weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Conceptual/Analytical thinking</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and self-starter; Eager and energetic</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Understanding of various quality aspects</li>\n <li>Able to lift hides up to 100#</li>\n <li>Willingness to work and be on-time when scheduled; Exemplary attendance record with previous employer</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
