This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Architecture, and Delivery, with clear accountability for solution integrity from first conversation through to project mobilisation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not a delivery role and not a supporting function. You are expected to exercise judgement, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to complex or ambiguous opportunities.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Candidate</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owning the end-to-end Modern Workplace pre-sales outcomes for assigned opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading high-quality discovery with senior IT and business stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Translating business intent into clear, staged, and defensible Modern Workplace solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing Statements of Work that are unambiguous, commercially robust, and delivery ready. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring Modern Workplace solutions align with TIEVA delivery capability, standards, and governance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducing downstream delivery risk through strong assumptions, exclusions, and design clarity. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reusing and refining reference architectures, patterns, and artefacts to drive consistency and scale.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Solutioning:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will design Modern Workplace solutions that balance user experience, security, cost, and operational reality, including:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Endpoint and device management strategies using Intune, Autopilot, and lifecycle tooling. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identity, security, and compliance design using Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, and Purview. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Migration strategies for Exchange, SharePoint, file services, and endpoint estates. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensible adoption of emerging capabilities (e.g. Copilot), with clear positioning on when, why, and when not. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be expected to make architectural trade-offs and clearly articulate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cross-Functional Delivery:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce high-quality SOWs, proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver workshops, demos, and PoCs to articulate designs and business value to technical and non-technical audiences. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and PMO teams to ensure seamless project handover and alignment with delivery capability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain reusable templates, reference architectures, and best-practice artefacts to scale Modern Workplace engagements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential Skills &amp; Experience:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years designing and delivering Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience across M365 collaboration, endpoint management (Intune), and security. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven pre-sales capability: discovery, workshops, solution shaping, and SOW creation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Confidence engaging senior customer stakeholders and leading solution discussions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to balance architectural best practice with commercial and operational reality. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written communication and documentation skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desirable Qualifications:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Microsoft Certifications: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals</li>\n<li>MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator<br></li>\n<li>SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst</li>\n<li>SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator<br></li>\n<li>SC-401: Information Security Administrator </li>\n<li>MD-102: Endpoint Administrator</li>\n<li>AZ-104: Azure Administrator (for hybrid integration)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Security &amp;
