Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Dealer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.</li>\n <li>Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and any other form or variation of table games.</li>\n <li>Provides prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).</li>\n <li>Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.</li>\n <li>Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.</li>\n <li>Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes.</li>\n <li>Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times.</li>\n <li>Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As a Supervisor:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Table Games Department.</li>\n <li>Oversees all gaming activity on assigned tables.</li>\n <li>Monitors cash and chip transactions.</li>\n <li>Corrects mistakes and settles disputes when necessary.</li>\n <li>Verifies, by signature, all clerical transactions.</li>\n <li>Issues approved credit.</li>\n <li>Maintains bankroll at functional levels.</li>\n <li>Assists customers with any problems or requests.</li>\n <li>Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.</li>\n <li>Any and all duties as assigned by your Director or a member of management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be at least 21 years of age.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Applicants must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.</li>\n <li>Must be fast and accurate in handling cash.</li>\n <li>Six months experience in customer service field preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior poker experience or successful completion of Poker School required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test, and pass an audition displaying adequate Poker skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.</li>\n <li>Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money.</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit. Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course. </li>\n <li>Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Good oral and written communication skills must be fluent and literate in English.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.</li>\n <li>Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues with excellent peripheral vision.</li>\n <li>Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality.</li>\n <li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This Job does have supervision requirements.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for staff development and training programs. </li>\n <li>Responsible for rewards and recognition program to maximize employee engagement. </li>\n <li>Evaluates team members within department and delivers constructive feedback to employees in regards to performance. </li>\n <li>Provides recommendation for staffing (including interviewing and hiring) and scheduling (planning, assigning, and directing work) to meet business needs. </li>\n <li>Manages work procedures and expedites workflow. </li>\n <li>Provides recommendation for employee performance (disciplining, coaching, and counseling). </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
