Description

The Office Manager  is responsible for  ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations at Summa. This is a full-time temporary position based in our Stockholm office, starting in September 2026 (preferably, but flexible) and running until August 2027. These investments target the critical challenges society must address, enabling the potential for long-term outperformance. The team  operates  across Europe, with offices in Stockholm,  Oslo  and Munich. Partnerships are central to Summa’s approach, as reflected in its status as a certified B Corporation, its membership in the PRI System Stewardship Advisory Committee and the  GIIN  Investors Council, and its collaboration with the Capitals Coalition. About the role A highly hands-on and operational role, serving as the backbone of the Stockholm office — ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, top-tier hospitality,  and reliable support across the firm, everything from facilities and budgets to events and broad a ssistance . We are looking for someone with a genuine service mindset, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership and initiative in a fast-paced, professional environment. Areas of responsibility include: Ensure smooth daily operations of the Stockholm office Manage office administration and supplier coordination Handle invoicing and  monitor  office and social budgets Coordinate food & beverage and  maintain  supplies Prepare meeting rooms and uphold a welcoming, professional environment Plan and coordinate internal events and team gatherings Manage onboarding  logistics  (IT access, equipment, subscriptions) for new employees Provide administrative support to the leadership team Who are we looking for? Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written Experience as an Office Manager or Office Assistant in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment Background in professional services or partner-led organizations (e.g. private equity, consulting, finance, or law) is an advantage Hospitality or service experience is a plus Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail A collaborative team player with a genuine service mindset Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools Summa offers the possibility of working in a tight-knit community with international colleagues and a sustainable mindset, as well as a unique opportunity to get insights into the private equity business and impact space.
