We're looking for someone who wants to be a part of something bigger and shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong connections with our communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and team members.</li>\n <li>Provide consultation to guests as needed to determine their unique needs and expectations.</li>\n <li>Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.</li>\n <li>Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.</li>\n <li>Ensure the privacy of each guest.</li>\n <li>Provide prompt service with each appointment and performs services within the appropriate allotted time.</li>\n <li>Provide consistent professional body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.</li>\n <li>Properly care for the equipment and uses proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.</li>\n <li>Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.</li>\n <li>Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.</li>\n <li>Provide general hotel information for guests.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests' needs are being met.</li>\n <li>Maintain training and credit hours required to sustain state issued Massage Therapist license.</li>\n <li>Restore and restock treatment rooms to a neat and professional manner after each service.</li>\n <li>Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, clinics and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Colorado massage therapy license required.</li>\n <li>At least two (2) years previous experience giving massage and body treatments in a similar setting preferred.</li>\n <li>At least one (1) year customer service experience required.</li>\n <li>Must be CPR certified.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write and speak English.</li>\n <li>Must have a strong passion for assisting guests in attaining their beauty and wellness goals.</li>\n <li>Must be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We offer a comprehensive benefit package for full-time, regular team members that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI). </li>\n <li>An employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time.</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match. </li>\n <li>Complimentary team member meals.</li>\n <li>Complimentary room nights at CoralTree Hospitality managed properties.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>*Some benefits may vary based on job status</em>   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Type: Part-time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hourly wage: $54.00/hr ($22.50/25-minute service, $45/50-minute service, $72/80-minute service) + gratuity</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Application deadline: This job posting will close on 7/10/2026 or until the position has been filled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Li-onsite #hotelpolaris            </p>",
