Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Coordinate and monitor all updates of the SHINE project schedules</li><li>Execute weekly project-wide administrative schedule tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Make recommendations on schedule best practices&nbsp;</li><li>Lead cross-functional planning meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to build relationships and ensure proper schedule inputs</li><li>Report schedule variances and concerns to project managers and project leaders</li><li>Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the project timelines</li><li>Generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects</li><li>May include other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>",
