          "text": "<p>As an integral part of the Operational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work readiness interventions that improve the soft and hard skills of program participants.</p><p>Effectiveness of the interventions will be measured by improving the job readiness and employment preparation that lead to job placement of the individuals we serve.</p><p>Within this role, you will facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients, and participants state-wide.</p><p>Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops.</p><p>Participate in workshop content development, recommend workshop content improvements, and coordinate workshops with program and community partners.&#xa0;</p><p>Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process</p><p>Track workshop attendance</p><p>Collaborate with team to create monthly workshop calendar</p><p>Facilitate assigned staff training</p><p>Other duties as assigned</p>",
