This role focuses on</p><p>building and maintaining Power BI and SQL-based reports, ensuring data accuracy, supporting core</p><p>systems, and partnering with teams to deliver clear, actionable insights.</p><p><br>Essential Functions</p><ul><li>Maintain multifamily analytics end to end, including data systems, workflows, automation reporting, and dashboards.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.</li><li>Support data governance by ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across the organization.</li><li>Enhance and optimize existing analytics platforms as technology and business needs evolve.</li><li>Create and maintain clear technical documentation for data models, reports, and operational processes.</li><li>Provide technical and functional support for multifamily software systems.</li><li>Build and maintain SQL-based reports within our software tools (e.g., lease scripts, custom tables, YSR).</li><li>Perform ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision making.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams and share insights clearly and effectively.</li></ul><p></p><p>Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)</p><ul><li>Expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI are a must,</li><li>Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and visualization within real estate and asset management is a plus.</li><li>Advanced skills in business intelligence implementation and report automation.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.</li><li>Ability to manage and optimize dashboard creation and maintenance.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration across teams and leadership.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.</li><li>Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Strategic thinking with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations.</li></ul><p></p><p>Position Type: Full Time, M-F</p><p>Required Education and Experience</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.</li><li>Proven experience with visualization software. Power BI preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and automation.</li><li>Experience in real estate, asset management, financial reporting, or multifamily operations is preferred.</li><li>Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights for executive teams.</li></ul><p><br>ADA/OTHER REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
