    "description": "<p>USAN is seeking an enthusiastic Application Developer to join our Amazon Connect solutions team. As a team member, you would be primarily responsible for the design, discovery, configuration/integration, and implementation of solutions aimed at the contact center space. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work on a small team in a highly collaborative way to create effective and innovative call center solutions for enterprise clients. You will also be contributing towards integrations between the Amazon Connect solution and a myriad of 3rd party solution partners, including USAN-proprietary systems/products. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>***Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.  No agencies please.</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate customer requirements into technical requirements</li>\n<li>Collaborate internally in the SDLC with USAN project managers, business analysts, technical consultants, and Operations counterparts</li>\n<li>Develop, test, and maintain solutions for Amazon Connect and related services</li>\n<li>Perform problem resolution for existing solutions</li>\n<li>Make informed design and configuration decisions</li>\n<li>Stay current on upcoming Amazon Connect enhancements, features, and latest contact center trends<br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience designing and configuring cloud and/or premise-based ACD-Automatic Call Distribution / Contact Center solutions</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>General knowledge of professional software development practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle</li>\n<li>Team-oriented and self-motivated</li>\n<li>The ability to communicate ideas effectively, to listen to others’ ideas, and to collaborate to arrive at great solutions</li>\n<li>Experience with Visual Studio, VSCode, or similar IDEs.</li>\n<li>Exposure to C#, ASP.Net, Python, NodeJS, SQL, SQL Server, and/or Perl a plus</li>\n<li>2+ years experience with React</li>\n<li>2+ years experience in web application development</li>\n<li>Hybrid role - must be in HQ - Norcross, GA Tuesdays and Thursdays<br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in Amazon Connect (contact flows, console feature provisioning, configuration management, reporting, etc.)</li>\n<li>3+ years experience with React</li>\n<li>3+ years experience with AWS services</li>\n<li>3+ years experience in web application development</li>\n<li>Experience in viewing/understanding Amazon Connect CTRs</li>\n<li>Experience in Amazon QuickSight, Contact Lens, Q in Connect, etc.</li>\n<li>General working knowledge of SQL database concepts</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to take a project or significant feature from concept to launch<br> <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation program</li>\n<li>Outstanding benefits package (including medical, dental, vision and life insurance)</li>\n<li>401(k) plan</li>\n<li>Excellent holiday/vacation plans</li>\n<li>Employee Referral Bonus Program</li>\n<li>Annual performance-based bonus</li>\n<li>Ongoing training opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Company Description</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span>United States Advanced Network, In.
