    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></b></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Execute established cleaning techniques, conduct thorough inspections, report process anomalies, and monitor yield rates to ensure compliance with optical quality standards.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Uses appropriate tools for clear apertures, ensures accuracy in documentation and labeling, prioritizes parts for runs, maximizes tooling efficiency, qualify tools for defects, and reviews engineering notes for standard and nonstandard specifications.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Supports utility duties, maintains a clean and professional work area, provides real-time feedback to Coating operators, and communicates any issues to engineers and supervisors.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><b><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></b></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. Vocational, trade school, or technical certificate preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n  <li>Relevant experience in thin film cleaning or a similar field preferred.</li>\n  <li>General knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Some knowledge of general chemistry preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><b><u>Skills</u></b></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Must have attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Basic understanding of computer equipment, common instruments, laboratory equipment, and mechanical tools.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic issues.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>High level of attention to detail and commitment to following strict safety protocols.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Strong aptitude for learning complex technical processes and safety procedures.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n  <li><b>Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires a U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien, or protected individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).&nbsp;</b></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><b><u>Working Conditions</u></b></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Clean room environment within manufacturing plant&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Works with hazardous and radioactive materials in accordance with department procedures&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Make-up and perfumes are not allowed while working in clean room to prevent contamination&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><b><u>Physical Requirements</u></b></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Must be able to work with acids and other toxic chemicals&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Long periods of standing and/or walking &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Bending, stooping, 2-hand carrying, reaching required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, to read paperwork/drawings and inspect optics&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Must possess good manual dexterity including the ability to utilize both hands with tactile sensitivity to carefully handle delicate optics, operate precision tooling, and manipulate instruments such as tweezers&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><b><u>Safety Requirements</u></b></p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
