    "qualifications": "<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Makino Operator's purpose is to produce high precision components according to the customer's print, specifications, and guidelines. Operator will produce components according to the rate determined by Camcraft.</p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Start the machine and perform start up inspection</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ensure that proper gauging is being used for the job</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Read and understand blueprints</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Produce high precision components according to the blueprint</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Produce high precision components at rate</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Perform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheet</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Perform necessary statistical process control</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Clean the workstation, check machine fluid levels and refill as needed</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Understand company software and other related Camcraft operating systems</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved</p></li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong>We offer medical (PPO), health saving account, flexible spending, dependent flex spending, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid holidays, short/long term disability, 401K with company match, life insurance/AD&amp;D, accident plan, critical illness plan, hospital indemnity plan, legal plan and much more!</p>",
