However, we will review your resume and contact you if a suitable opportunity arises <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">that we believe is a good match with your qualifications.</span></span></em><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Carry/distribute materials and tools as needed throughout the jobsite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Dig and fill trenches in coordination with excavator operator using shovels and pickaxes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Measure and layout work areas in order to set desired grade elevations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Compact ground surfaces using soil compaction equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Level and grade ground surfaces using brooms and lute rakes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to reduce and prevent safety hazards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Possess a minimum of 1-2 years’ prior work experience (prior experience in civil works and hydro/telephone/cable ducting is considered an asset)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Able to perform physically demanding tasks and have a strong work ethic</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Possess the ability to pay close attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Work harmoniously within a team environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Possess active listening skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Be fluent in spoken and written English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Have access to own reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to various work sites in the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">ABOUT THE COMPANY</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>B&amp;B Contracting Group is a distinguished company with over 75 years of experience in civil construction.
