      "content": "\n<li>Experience with the following: ColdFusion 2021, Oracle 19c, and modern tooling like JIRA, Jenkins, and Git in an Agile environment</li>\n<li>Experience or knowledge of typescript, AWS Serverless environments</li>\n<li>Experience or knowledge of AI tools for engineers like Github Copilot</li>\n<li>You love tackling really tough problems and value the correct solution over a rushed one</li>\n<li>You have a passion for software development, with side projects to prove it</li>\n<li>You understand the value of tested solutions and you’re a capable debugger</li>\n<li>You’re comfortable reading and writing code, and can describe what each part of the code is doing</li>\n<li>You’re great at taking constructive feedback on your work</li>\n<li>You’re passionate about our mission to disrupt how banks, lenders and investors value real estate</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $141,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
