We are searching for a<strong> Warehouse Supervisor </strong>to join our team located at our facility in Jacksonville, IL.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maximizing safety, quality and productivity including but not limited to company targeted case fill rate achievement, cost/service optimization initiatives, customer satisfaction and miscellaneous ad-hoc projects in the warehouse (DC) operations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for daily supervision and coaching of warehouse associates to maximize overall facility performance. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure established safety policies are adhered to and followed while striving to improve safety awareness each day.</li>\n <li>Develop, implement and monitor standard workflow compliance for all warehouse groups/shifts.</li>\n <li>Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds.</li>\n <li>Monitor work to meet/exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.</li>\n <li>Partner with Transportation, Supply Planning, Plant Production and Distribution functions to coordinate strategic and tactical plans addressing initiatives and business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if…</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always.</li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve.</li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals.</li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity.</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of related professional supply chain or warehousing experience.</li>\n <li>Previous supervisor experience.</li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office. </li>\n <li>Highly Proficient in Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Creativity; forward-thinking.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and internal customers.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.</li>\n <li><p>Shift is 3:30PM-12:30AM.  This position will require some flexibility, working nights and weekends.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS in Logistics, Management or a related field.</li>\n <li>Proficient in SAP.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Want to know more?
