  "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<ul><li><!--block-->Education:&nbsp;<ul><li><!--block-->Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Civil PE licensure in Florda.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li><!--block-->Experience:<ul><li><!--block-->At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience with general civil engineering (site, stormwater, utility, parks, roadway, etc.) design. Engineering experience with minor/major roadway design is preferred.</li><li><!--block-->Experience in working with a team of resources in leadership of general civil &amp; municipal engineering business development.
