This is your chance to join our team - help us to design the infrastructure and buildings that improve the world!</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers to join our Structural/Marine Group in our Richmond, VA office.&nbsp;</p><p>Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including buildings, industrial facilities, mission critical/secure facilities, water/wastewater plants, and waterfront facilities. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.</p><p>Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials. Conduct field investigations, develop concept designs, and create construction documents for clients across a broad range of markets, including Federal/Local Government, Industrial, and Manufacturing. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>5-10 years of structural design experience</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering with Structural Concentration from an ABET accredited program.</li><li>Experience with structural design and analysis software (RISA, STAAD, etc.)</li><li>Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD).</li><li>Knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, etc.)</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>U.S. Citizenship required &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering with Structural Concentration preferred.</li><li>Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Benefits:</strong></p><p>WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
