Be part of a professional production team.</p><p>This is a paid, entry-level seasonal production role for early-career creatives who already have a foundation in photo/video and want real, hands-on experience.</p><p><strong>Timeline:</strong> June 1 – End of October (~5 months)<br>\n<strong>Location:</strong> In-person (Virginia Beach)<br>\n<strong>Hours:</strong> Minimum 20/week, often flexing up to full-time based on production needs</p><p>You’ll be part of our team on active shoots—contributing in real ways.</p><p>This role is best suited for recent graduates or early-career creatives with existing experience—not beginners starting from scratch.</p><p><u><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></u></p><ul><li>You will wear many hats and be expected to step in wherever needed.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Creative + Capture</strong></em></p><ul><li>Capture photo and video content on shoots</li><li>Develop and apply a strong visual eye</li><li>Assist with still photography (growth toward independent shooting expected)</li></ul><p><em><strong>On Set</strong></em></p><ul><li>Serve as a Production Assistant (PA) in various roles</li><li>Assist camera team (camera assist / 2nd shooter opportunities)</li><li>Help with lighting, grip, and technical setup</li><li>Support audio when needed</li><li>Assist with client and crew coordination</li><li>Step into any role needed (props, logistics, on-camera, etc.)</li></ul><p><em><strong>Post + Support</strong></em></p><ul><li>Assist with photo organization, editing, and management</li><li>Support footage handling, transfers, and basic post workflows</li><li>Light editing or creative support when appropriate (not the primary focus)</li></ul><p><u>You should already have experience through:</u></p><ul><li><em>School (recent graduate or current/recent student), OR</em></li><li><em>Freelance / personal work with a clear portfolio</em></li></ul><p>You should be able to step in, contribute, and grow quickly.</p>",
