Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager (Upscale Downtown Community – Corn Hill area) MARK IV Enterprises | Rochester, NY
MARK IV Enterprises is seeking a polished, high-energy Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to join our team at one of our upscale residential communities in the historic Corn Hill neighborhood of downtown Rochester. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and enjoys building relationships while driving occupancy.
What You’ll Do As the first impression of our community, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting all aspects of property operations:
Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the lifestyle and unique features of the community Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up to convert leads into leases Process applications, including credit screenings and lease documentation Coordinate seamless move-ins and perform move-out inspections Address resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency Partner closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure community standards Contribute to resident retention efforts, including planning and executing events Promote the community through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Maintain coverage of the leasing office, including scheduled Saturdays as needed What We’re Looking For 1–5 years of residential leasing or property management experience Proven sales ability with confidence in closing leases Experience with Yardi CRM IQ is a plus Professional presence with strong interpersonal and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to clearly explain lease terms and policies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits $21.00-26.00 per hour , plus leasing commissions Compensation is based on experience, skills, and market factors and may vary from the posted range We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
