Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Implements and maintains a service marketing program by collecting and/or confirming email addresses and cell phone numbers of customers</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted.
