Guided by our shared values and vision, we pursue limitless potential in people and places, striving to make a positive impact on every project, every client, and every community we serve.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary </span></p>\n<p>In general, as the Company field point of contact, the Traveling Project Superintendents assists in ensuring that each project undertaken is completed safely, on-time and under the budget while meeting management and customer objectives for safety, quality and schedule. Project Superintendents is able to carry out key tasks and responsibilities with minor oversight from management. To carry out these responsibilities on a daily basis, the Project Superintendent is to utilize management tools such as (but not limited to) time cards, daily reports, safety inspections, quality control logs and project schedules.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership / Management  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take complete and total charge of the day-to-day Field Operations for the project while meeting management and customer objectives for safety, quality and schedule.</li>\n<li>Enforce all Company safety policies, OSHA policies and other applicable safety standards. Hold tool box safety meetings on a weekly basis</li>\n<li>Track and control construction schedule</li>\n<li>Create and send 3 week look aheads</li>\n<li>Understand project scope, budget (costs) and sub-contractor scopes of works to manage completion of project within budget<br></li>\n<li>Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes contractors, sub-contractors and labor force, to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, standards and meets contract requirements</li>\n<li>Involved with field decisions with review by management</li>\n<li>Attend pre-install and owners meetings with review by management</li>\n<li>Conduct and document weekly foremen meetings to provide clear communication between all stakeholders and assign tasks and responsibility of completion</li>\n<li>Work with government authorities in obtaining all necessary project inspections and occupancy approvals with management review</li>\n<li>Assist with the review and approval for shop drawings</li>\n<li>Document and distribute any project changes which may affect schedule, design, scope or cost.</li>\n<li>Assist with the project closeout and punchlist process</li>\n<li>Perform additional tasks as requested by management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relationship Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors</li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with neighboring occupants.</li>\n<li>Build long lasting relationships with customers and subcontractors that are built upon trust and delivering results</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize appropriate business software and forms including Procore, Blue Beam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Outlook</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to understand plans, specifications and shop drawings</li>\n<li>Understanding of basic building codes.</li>\n<li>Work to improve personal, technical and supervisory skills through continuing education, training or participation in professional organizations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prospecting / Business Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote Company through involvement in community or civic organizations that will expand network</li>\n<li>Attend trade and business development functions to increase visibility, and generate leads</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred: 2-4 year Associate degree in Construction Management or Construction Trades<br></li>\n<li>Required: OSHA 10 and first aid;
