font-size: 12pt\">Act as the company’s spokesperson, ensuring positive representation across all communication channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the planning and execution <span style=\"color: inherit\">of</span> <span style=\"color: inherit\">pr</span>ess releases, media events, interviews, and public statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Public Relations, Communications</span>, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years <span style=\"color: inherit\">of</span> leadership experience in <span style=\"color: inherit\">PR</span></span> or media relations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Native or fluent Greek and English speaker </span>(Russian or other languages are a strong advantage).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Extensive network in the Cyprus media landscape</span> - strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media players.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: inherit\">Pr</span>oven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, <span style=\"color: inherit\">pr</span>eferably within real estate, construction, or a related industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - a natural ability to engage with people.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience in crisis management, reputation building, and media handling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
