This role combines strategic program oversight with hands-on construction management, supporting a key technology client in achieving its financial and operational goals.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Ensure alignment with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics.</li><li>Oversee design, construction, and closeout phases across diverse project types.</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.</li><li>Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.</li><li>Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Build strong relationships with property managers, healthcare administrators, and technical teams.</li><li>Communicate project updates and strategy to senior leadership.</li><li>Support readiness assessments and stage gate reviews across programs.</li><li>Collaborate with regional program managers and project controls teams.</li><li>Lead program-level reporting and governance activities.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and delivery innovations.</li><li>Capture and share lessons learned to enhance future project performance.</li><li>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><br>\n&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for some experience.</li><li>Minimum of 4&#xa0;years of experience managing capital projects, with a strong track record across sectors such as commercial real estate, healthcare, and data centers.</li><li>Extensive experience in project controls, including developing and managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics on large-scale programs.</li><li>Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through construction and closeout.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms (e.g., AIA, FIDIC, or similar), with experience in contract negotiation and administration.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Professional certifications such as PMP, AACE, or equivalent are highly desirable and reflect a commitment to industry best practices.</li></ul>",
