Follows VCC's PACE Safety Policies and Procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>High school graduate or equivalent</li>\n <li>CPR Certification (including BLS Child, Infant, Adult)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one years of experience in working with the frail or elderly population preferred.</li>\n <li>Bilingusl English / Armenian</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><u>Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with participants, co-workers, and the public.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge in working with frail and elderly to support Activities of Daily Living.</li>\n <li>Skilled in identifying and recommending problem resolution.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with cultural, economically, and educationally, diverse populations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems, NextGen preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Range</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$23.00 - $26.00 Depending on Experience</li>\n</ul>",
