This role focuses exclusively on photography and videography responsibilities, including shooting, editing, and managing image and video workflows.</p>\n\n<p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Capture high-quality images of assigned products in accordance with brand standards</li>\n\t<li>Edit and prepare images for web upload (color correction, cropping, background removal, etc.)</li>\n\t<li>Upload completed images to the web platform in a timely and organized manner</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a consistent daily output of completed and uploaded items</li>\n\t<li>Ensure all products are photographed accurately and completely</li>\n\t<li>Write accurate and complete item descriptions</li>\n\t<li>Use third-party services to authenticate products as needed</li>\n\t<li>Manage photography equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace</li>\n\t<li>Communicate workload, challenges, or delays to leadership</li>\n\t<li>Create a minimum of two stylized photographs each week for social media</li>\n\t<li>Create a minimum of two videos each week for social media</li>\n\t<li>Support occasional out-of-store photography assignments as needed</li>\n\t<li>Support occasional in-store events with event photography as needed</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><br />\n<u>Daily/Weekly Expectations:</u></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Target a minimum of 15 completed and uploaded web items per day (subject to adjustment based on workflow needs)</li>\n\t<li>Target a minimum of 2 images and 2 videos per week for the social media team</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><br />\n<u>Scope Clarification:</u></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>This role is dedicated solely to photography and videography responsibilities</li>\n\t<li>Non-photography tasks should be directed to appropriate team members unless otherwise assigned<br />\n\t&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><u>Additional Notes:</u></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Photographers may be scheduled to move between locations as business needs require</li>\n\t<li>Photographers may occasionally be asked to stay late to photograph in-store events</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><br />\n<u>Reporting Structure:</u></p>\n\n<p>Reports to: Photography Manager</p>\n\n<p><br />\n<u>Requirements:</u></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>Basic Adobe Creative Suite photo editing skills required</li>\n\t<li>Product photography experience preferred</li>\n\t<li>Experience using strobe lighting and on-camera flash preferred</li>\n\t<li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li>\n\t<li>Ability to meet daily productivity goals</li>\n</ol>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>PLUS:</strong>&nbsp;Hourly DOE: We offer competitive pay plus potential for commissions and bonuses for those that are eligible.&nbsp; Benefits for full time employees include co-paid medical insurance, voluntary life, dental, critical care, accident, vision and pet care benefits.&nbsp; Eco Chic offers 401(k) with company match to full and part time employees who meet the criteria to enroll.&nbsp; We also offer paid vacation (for those full time employees that qualify) and part time employees are also eligible for pet care benefits.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Eco Chic Consignments reserves the right to conduct drug and background checks of pre-hire candidates and employees</strong></p>\n",
