The CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with precision are essential for this role. &nbsp;Furthermore, the ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a strong attention to detail with a quality mind-set, proactively takes ownership of his/her products, is punctual in attendance and meeting goals, and remains flexible with scheduled hours.</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p>· Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.</p><p>· Interpret engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate machining process.</p><p>· Write and edit CNC programs using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.</p><p>· Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.</p><p>· Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.</p><p>· Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.</p><p>· Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make adjustments as necessary.</p><p>· Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.</p><p>· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures.</p>",
