Position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\"><strong>Performance shall include:</strong></span></span><br />\n </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Courier New', Courier, monospace;\">•    Utilize the COMSEC Accounting Reporting Database System (CARDS) to distribute COMSEC equipment for validated needs of users<br />\n•    Consolidate and analyze COMSEC equipment requirements utilizing both user input and historical data to create a justifiable overall COMSEC requirement<br />\n•    Through failure trend analysis recommend adequate stockpile of COMSEC equipment ancillaries including but not limited to; batteries, cables, software, and power supplies<br />\n•    Participate in technical interchanges and vendor briefs to understand future developments of COMSEC equipment and translate that into an equipment management and technology strategy<br />\n•    Provide suggestions for equipment testing and evaluation to prove suitability prior to widespread procurement<br />\n•    Provide recommendations for COMSEC equipment solutions for new requirements and technological refresh<br />\n•    Identify equipment that requires technology upgrade or replacement and present options<br />\n•    Act as COMSEC maintenance technician for COMSEC Manger<br />\n•    Obtain and sustain technical expertise on troubleshooting and organic level repair of common COMSEC equipment including but not limited to; SKL, STE, Viper, OMNI, KG 175B, KG 175D, KG 250 and KG 250X<br />\n•    Act as COMSEC Responsible Officer for Local Element (LE)<br />\n•    Process all inbound and outbound COMSEC key and equipment using CARDS<br />\n•    Store, protect, operate, and maintain all equipment for LE<br />\n•    Maintain all required paperwork, training and reporting for LE<br />\n•    Periodically instruct up to 7 individuals in a classroom environment on the proper use of COMSEC equipment including but not limited to; SKL, STE, and VIPER<br />\n•    Periodically field trouble calls from remote customers to assist the operation of their COMSEC equipment<br />\n•    Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for Team Members</span></span></p>\n<p><br />\n </p>",
