The schedule will be 7am-7pm Monday through Friday, with ample opportunity for additional overtime hours on date nights and weekends, should the candidate be interested. The family is looking for a warm, professional candidate with strong experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children, as well as a long-term mindset and a proactive, engaging approach to childcare. This is a returning client of BAHS and we placed the family's current nanny with them 3 years ago. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing attentive, nurturing, developmentally focused care</li>\n <li>Planning age-appropriate activities and supporting developmental milestones</li>\n <li>Preparing meals and snacks for the children</li>\n <li>Managing the children’s laundry and maintaining organization of nursery, bedrooms, and play areas</li>\n <li>Assisting with bathing, dressing, and daily routines</li>\n <li>Supporting the older child’s schedule and activities as needed</li>\n <li>Ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for both children</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive comparable experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children</li>\n <li>Easygoing, proactive, and professional demeanor</li>\n <li>Excellent, verifiable references</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of recent professional infant/toddler nanny experience in a private household.</li>\n <li>Valid U.S. passport, Green Card, or EAC.</li>\n <li>Flexible, travel-ready, and willing to travel both domestically and internationally</li>\n <li>Up to date on Flu, RSV, Tdap, and MMR vaccinations.</li>\n <li>Infant and child CPR certification</li>\n <li>Non-smoker / smoke-free lifestyle</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$40 per hour for the first 40 hours worked weekly</li>\n <li>Overtime paid at $60 per hour thereafter</li>\n <li>Guaranteed minimum annual compensation of $145,600</li>\n <li>Healthcare stipend provided + all other industry standard benefits </li>\n</ul>",
