Must have good attention to detail and accustom to working and measuring to close tolerance and delicate parts. Responsible for maintaining work quality and doing in process inspection while maintaining our corporate values.</span></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Must be able to perform multiple setups in a workday and operate NC/CNC grinders</p><ul><li>Run multiple machines &amp; work centers at once and maintain a high level of quality</li><li>Make machine tool offsets as needed to maintain a high level of quality</li><li>Create and edit programs as required</li><li>Be cross trained on other machine tools as needed to assist production</li><li>Perform basic machine maintenance such as changing fluids and filters</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment and machine work area</li><li>Must be able to maintain tight engineering tolerances per drawing specifications &amp; procedures</li><li>Perform in process inspections using various gauges and/or CMM</li><li>Ensure quality plan and standards are completed and verified</li><li>Troubleshoot jobs in progress when problems occur</li><li>Work independently with minimal direction and be able to meet deadlines</li><li>Provide support for part preparation for next steps in WIP</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED/Technical Training Certificate/Equivalent experience</li><li>Work experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing environment running NC/CNC grinders</li><li>Ability to read blue prints with some knowledge of GD&amp;T</li><li>Understanding of Mathematical Calculations and Comprehension</li><li>High competency using micrometers, indicators, calipers</li><li>Could require intermittent long periods of sitting, standing and/or walking</li><li>Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 40 pounds</li><li>Willing to work beyond normal hours if needed</li><li>Subject to stressful situations</li><li>An understanding of both Metric and English measuring systems</li><li>Able to work in a team environment</li><li>Knowledge of Fanuc Controls a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Okamoto/Studer a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Generally working in production environment.</li><li>Required exposure to industrial oils, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals. &nbsp;NOTE: &nbsp; All safety precautions will be used.</li><li>Requirement for some independent actions and/or decisions is expected.</li><li>Some repetitive motion required on occasion.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Required daily: periodic lifting of materials and parts weighing up to 40 lbs.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Required intermittent long periods sitting and standing.</p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(63, 65, 73); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: pre-wrap; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; float: none; display: inline !important;\" id=\"isPasted\">All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.</span></p><p><span id=\"isPasted\">#ROC</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>B Shift:<br/><br/>Mon-Thurs: 2:45pm-12:15am<br/><br/>Fri: 2:45pm-6:45pm<br/>",
