    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The Quality Control Manager leads all inspection activities and manages a team of quality inspectors using CMM / 3D arms scan / calipers and other measurement tools.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ensures full product conformity to customer drawings, specifications and control plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Oversees daily inspection planning, workload distribution, and team performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Validates measurement results and guarantees data accuracy and traceability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Leads containment, root cause analysis, and disposition of non-conforming parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Drives timely resolution of technical quality issues with engineering and production teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Acts as key interface for customer quality requirements and escalations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ensures strict adherence to work instructions and process compliance on the shop floor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Conducts process audits and enforces standard application across production operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Supports corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of defects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Monitors key quality KPIs (scrap/rework/customer complaints).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Promotes continuous improvement in inspection methods and efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Drives a strong quality culture focused on discipline, accuracy, and accountability.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Experience in manufacturing environment (automotive or aerospace preferred).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Strong experience in metrology and inspection systems (CMM, 3D scanning, manual gauges).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Solid knowledge of GD&amp;T and technical drawing interpretation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilities.&nbsp;</li></ol><div><p><span style='font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;font-size:13px;'><span style='font-size:13px;font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\">Location : Mghira, Ben Arous</span></span></p></div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
