Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between compliance, business, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance processes into day to day operations. Partner with Senior Operations Manager to prioritize development roadmap for improvements to the Onboarding tool as well as automation of on-going capture of required customer information (i.e. beneficial ownership and persons with control).
