Positions including laborers and service technicians. Successful candidates should possess a willingness to learn, have a good work ethic, and a positive attitude.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>LABORER</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assisting with job site pipeline installation operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Use of required hand tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operating non-CDL dump trucks and service trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Daily clean-up of job sites.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>SERVICE TECHNICIAN</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Complete pipefitting tasks as required by using basic hand tools (pipe wrenches, thread steel pipe, flair fittings, and hammer drill).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Relocate gas meters from inside to outside to ensure the piping is back into existing customer fuel line.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install pressure set point gauges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform load/lockup tests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Pinpoint and manage possible leaks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Recognize hazards that may constitute a warning tag.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Appropriately tag customer fuel lines or appliances as needed (red, orange, or yellow tag).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Complete electronic orders and document gas meter information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">At least 1 year of experience in pipe installation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Comfortable working around heavy equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Able to lift, bend, carry, and perform other physically demanding tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must have a basic knowledge of the MSP, GOM, and Fuel Gas Code, etc. for Service Technician position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must have HVAC knowledge to perform meter activation and relight natural gas appliances in accordance with UGI procedures for Service Technician position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience working with and around heavy equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
