    "description": "<p><strong>POSITION:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Group Leader - SACC Program</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO: &nbsp;</strong>Site Coordinator</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>STATUS:&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>School Year, Part time, 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. Summer and vacation hours are extended.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><em>Pay Range:&nbsp; The expected base pay for the position is $15-$20 per hour and may be increased based on&nbsp;other factors, such as language, certifications, etc.</em></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reports directly to SACC Director.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u>:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide direct supervision to a group of up to 13 school age children grades K1 &ndash; 5th, providing for their physical and emotional safety and well being at all times;</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist children with homework as needed and provide tutoring services where appropriate;</li>\r\n\t<li>Work with Site Coordinator and other program staff to plan and implement a well-rounded and fun curriculum for the site;</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop plans to teach literacy, math and health curriculum, or other curriculums as needed or requested;</li>\r\n\t<li>Support specialists in other activities who provide lessons such as art, taekwondo, science, etc.;</li>\r\n\t<li>Plan and implement other daily group activities as needed showing initiative and creativity, including vacation weeks and holiday program days;</li>\r\n\t<li>Help monitor, document, and file group attendance each day;</li>\r\n\t<li>Along with the Site Coordinator ensure all program policies, rules, and regulations are enforced;</li>\r\n\t<li>Attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested and as required;</li>\r\n\t<li>Make daily contact with parents when they pick up their children to share accomplishments of the children and advise of upcoming events;</li>\r\n\t<li>Work in a team effort with the Site Coordinator, program staff, and other BSCC staff;</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform related duties as required.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:48px;\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
