This position is responsible for performing washing and cleaning of equipment inventory.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. <em>(Other duties may be assigned)</em></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work alone with a limited amount of supervision.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Washes and cleans machines and equipment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Inspects and performs check-out and check-in procedures.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Documents equipment condition&nbsp;before and after utilization.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assists with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenance.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintains equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedure.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Responsible for maintaining the condition of wash rack sump and separator tanks to ensure wash rack complies with environmental standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assists in preparing and packaging shipments; delivery of parts and components to customers as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Requires regular and punctual employee attendance.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participate in all training programs as directed by the Service Manager.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bring to the attention of the Service Manager any shop tools, equipment or vehicle that is not in a serviceable condition or is unsafe to use.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Always conduct self to present a professional image of the dealership.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to operate equipment is required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or equivalent combination (preferred).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Stay current with technical changes.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Forklift Certification (preferred).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to communicate effectively with teammates.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
