Our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) provides structure, consistency, and guidance for youth overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges. We’re building a strong team that believes in discipline with compassion and leading by example.</p>\n<p>We’re looking for hands-on, reliable professionals who can provide steady guidance and structure for boys in a residential setting.
