    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineers to support device installations across FAA facilities as part of the FAA Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) Program. This position supports post-site survey validation, engineering documentation review, installation oversight, and technical verification activities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Implementation Engineer ensures each site is install-ready, technically compliant, and properly documented prior to and during installation. The position requires close coordination among Program Management, Engineering Services, Technical Operations, vendors, and site personnel to ensure compliance with FAA standards and safe continuity of air traffic operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Engineering Design &amp; Technical Review</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review equipment placement, telecommunications services, radio interfaces, legal recording connections, and workstation configurations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in position mapping and integration planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confirm configuration compliance with VoIP-based VCS architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Document discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Post-Site Survey &amp; Field Execution Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Validate Vendor Site Survey Worksheets (SSWs), Site Survey Reports (SSRs), and Site Installation Plans (SIPs) for accuracy and completeness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with FAA Program Office Facilities KP, Engineering Services, Technical Operations, Air Traffic, and vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify site remediation requirements and track actions to install-ready status.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure technical data aligns with approved system architecture and FAA standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Installation Oversight &amp; Execution Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide on-site technical oversight during installation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Verify power, grounding, and network readiness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support technical cutover activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure installations meet FAA compliance and documentation requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide timely inputs to site execution reports, installation oversight records, and disposition documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support preparation of deliverables requiring technical verification entries, installation coordination records, and final disposition completion documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline (or equivalent military or field experience).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 10 years of progressive experience as an electronics technician supporting complex communications, radar, or mission-critical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated experience performing power, cabling, and interconnect verification in operational environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in safety-critical environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency using test equipment (e.g., multimeters, cable testers, continuity testers).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience supporting FAA, DoD, or other Federal aviation or critical infrastructure programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with Voice Communication Systems (VCS), VoIP-based communications, or air traffic control support systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting system cutovers, decommissioning, or legacy system disposition activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">OSHA safety training or equivalent field safety certifications.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Travel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work is primarily performed on-site at FAA facilities across the NAS, with additional work at contractor or integrator facilities as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Position requires frequent nationwide travel to FAA sites in support of surveys, remediation, installation readiness, and disposition execution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
