Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>15 days of PTO</li>\n <li>13 Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>401k + Employer Match</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Wellness App with reimbursement of up to $500 per year </li>\n <li>Profit Sharing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>San Jose, CA (on-site)</p>\n<p><strong>Hours: </strong>Monday - Friday, Early Day Shift 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, or Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate shipping, receiving, and physical movement of products to and from storage locations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs accurate pulls and puts products away.</li>\n <li>Inspects cartons/product for damages and notes on receiving paperwork </li>\n <li>Reads and processes work orders to customer requirements</li>\n <li>Scans product to a defined warehouse location and places product safely and securely  </li>\n <li>Capable of reading, understanding, and executing internal processes  </li>\n <li>Using handheld RF Scanner to ensure proper inventory updates </li>\n <li>Cleans, stages, and tags product  </li>\n <li>Loads (lift, maneuver) and moves (push, pull) product through the warehouse and into/from trailers </li>\n <li>Maintains a safe work area by sweeping, dusting, and removing (picking up) waste material </li>\n <li>Verifies and signs for deliveries at receiving dock </li>\n <li>Identifies and reports if any product is not up to quality standards</li>\n <li>Fully complies with the company’s safety instructions and procedures, including timely reporting of any accidents, injuries, or incidents involving physical injury or illness </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Qualifications: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience </strong></p>\n<p>High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1+ years previous experience in warehouse and/or inventory control operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified, or ability to be certified for forklift and order picker operation </li>\n <li>Familiar with operating non-power equipment (pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks) </li>\n <li>Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Must be able to work under pressure in deadline driven situations </li>\n <li>Dedication and commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion in all work activities </li>\n <li>Collaborate in diverse teams to foster productive outcomes </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements </strong></p>\n<p>Seeing, color and depth perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, touching, ability to move distances within and between warehouses/offices, ability to mount and dismount forklift/truck, pushing/pulling, ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment </strong></p>\n<p>Generally, works in a warehouse environment with moderate noise, changing temperatures, </p>\n<p>and around mechanical equipment and moving objects.
