      "content": "\n<li>Lead designs of mechanical installations, assemblies and layouts.</li>\n<li>Create and validate detailed designs and drawings using CAD tools.</li>\n<li>Develop manufacturing-ready drawings, BOMs and technical details for machining, welding, assembly and&nbsp;installations.</li>\n<li>Involve in the entire process, from sketching an idea through the manufacturing and testing of the finished&nbsp;product.</li>\n<li>Throughout development, the senior mechanical engineer works with designers and junior engineers to identify&nbsp;any areas of the design that need to be altered or improved.</li>\n<li>Study, research and analyze customer specifications, and other data to assist in creating machine layouts.</li>\n<li>Analyzes product or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine designs which can&nbsp;be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.</li>\n<li>Performs a variety of complicated engineering tasks.</li>\n<li>When needed will direct and lead the work of others with direction from manager.</li>\n<li>Confers with the design engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as required.</li>\n<li>Prepares designs &amp; sketches for designers to produce subassemblies or finished details.</li>\n<li>Assist and support other business units as needed as part of project implementation and machine assembly.</li>\n<li>Assist and create project documentation from project notice to proceed and final testing and calibration.</li>\n<li>Assist in continuous improvement of department tools and enhancements.</li>\n<li>Additional duties assigned by manager as deemed necessary for the business need.</li>\n<li>Represent engineering in cross-functional team meetings and contribute in team Colloboration when assigned&nbsp;by the manager.</li>\n<li>Able to work and adapt to the changes of job priorities to fulfill the business needs.</li>\n"

      "content": "<div>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<p>Require a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Major with at least 5-7 years of experience with a strong<br>emphasis on Mechanical Design and engineering concepts in the field of heavy equipment machinery design.</p>\n<p>In addition to having the technical qualifications, as a Mechanical Engineer II must be a good team leader with strong&nbsp;communication and problem-solving skills. The individual must be able to think practically and authoritatively, able to&nbsp;accommodate the company's deadlines, budget, and other resources to make informed decisions for their projects.</p>\n<div>Knowledge: Incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:</div>\n<div>Knowledge of Mechanical Design.<br><br>Skills: Incumbent must demonstrate or participate in internal/external training programs to obtain the following skills:</div>\n\n<li>Knowledge of the current ISO andANSI (Y14) standards.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the metric&nbsp;system and geometric&nbsp;dimensioning and tolerance.</li>\n<li>Familiar with weldments, and&nbsp;machining operation.</li>\n<li>Ability to read, analyze, and&nbsp;interpret common scientific and&nbsp;technical journals, financial&nbsp;reports, and legal documents.</li>\n<li>Motivated and self-starter with&nbsp;the ability to work under&nbsp;deadlines.</li>\n<li>Ability to apply mathematical&nbsp;concepts such as Calculus and modern&nbsp;Algebra.</li>\n<li>Ability to define problems, collect&nbsp;data, establish facts, and draw&nbsp;valid conclusions.</li>\n<li>Ability to interpret an extensive&nbsp;variety of technical instructions in&nbsp;mathematical or diagram form and<br>deal with several abstract and&nbsp;concrete variables.</li>\n<li>AREMA, AAR, S.A.E. membership&nbsp;helpful but not required.</li>\n\n</div>"
