The role is straightforward: prepare items that have already sold and get them packaged and shipped accurately.</p>\n<p>Experience is not required. We care far more about reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.</p>\n<p>This role is intentionally simple and focused. While there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in the future if someone shows strong ability and interest, the primary purpose of this position is packing and shipping orders.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Order Packing &amp; Shipping</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pack and ship customer orders accurately</li>\n<li>Pull items from around the warehouse</li>\n<li>Prepare packages and print shipping labels</li>\n<li>Keep packing materials and work areas organized</li>\n<li>Handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail</li>\n<li>Work efficiently during higher order volume days</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable and dependable</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and accurate</li>\n<li>Able to work independently</li>\n<li>Comfortable with light warehouse work (walking, lifting boxes, organizing items)</li>\n<li>Able to stay focused during repetitive tasks</li>\n<li>Shows up consistently and communicates clearly</li>\n</ul>\n<p>No prior e-commerce or warehouse experience is required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Schedule &amp; Flexibility</span></p>\n<p>This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">part-time role (8–20 hours per week)</span> depending on order volume.</p>\n<p>We are generally looking for help <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 days per week (for example: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)</span> during normal working hours, but the schedule can be somewhat flexible depending on availability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position is helpful to the team when you are here, but it does not require constant supervision. Because of that, it can be a good fit for someone who wants part-time work with a bit of flexibility.
