    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>***THIS IS MAINTENANCE***NO PER DIEM***</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Position Summary<br>Industrial Heavy Equipment Operators will operate one or more cranes to move heavy<br>equipment from one location to another location. This often entails a change in altitude<br>from one location to the next. This position will need to be able to operate both friction<br>and RT Cranes.</p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 7.5pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">JOB REQUIREMENTS</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 7.5pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Qualification Highlights</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have current National Commission for the certification of crane operators</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">(CCCO) credentials for the appropriate type of crane and current DOT physical.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have 5+ years experience as an Crane Operator.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must posses all Knowledge Skills and Abilities for positions (see below).</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be able to meet all physical requirements.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">May be required to have a valid drivers license and meet a motor vehicle records</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">check.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have all required tools.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have reliable transportation.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Position Responsibilities</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will operate various construction Cranes to move equipment and other materials.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Plan operational lifts.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will inspect equipment.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will be responsible for all safety aspects of operating the equipment.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">May follow signal directions from a signaler in equipment operations.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will access area of operations for safety issues and required processes and</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">planning of equipment operations.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have experience and knowledge of operating various cranes which may</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">include but not limited to: Manitowoc 2250, 16000, 4100, Link belt 218, Kabelco</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">2500, and rough terrain (RT) cranes ranging from 25T to 140T.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have basic mechanical knowledge and illustrate the abilities to inspect</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">equipment.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be able to illustrate load planning and lift planning.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must hold a current CCCO (may also require a particular cert per the crane being</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">used).</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have up to date DOT physical</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 7.5pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Must know all proper hand signals.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be willing to assist in other duties while not operating a crane.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be able to follow instructions correctly.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be reliable, accountable, and consistent in performing administrative</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">processes such as but not limited to equipment inspection paperwork.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be willing and able to follow all instructed safety regulations.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be able to make it to work on time and work the designated schedule and</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">any overtime as needed with the proper notification.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Preferred Additional Qualification</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’ed employee.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Experience in all listed cranes above.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Formal/Technical education.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Reporting to:</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">This position does not have any direct reports.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Physical Requirements</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of sitting.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will talk and hear to communicate.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects,</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">materials, controls and tools.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">May be required to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be able to pass a visual acuity assessment.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must be able to use fingers, hands, arms, legs, and feet in precise coordinated</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">movements.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Must have good dexterity in fingers, arms, legs, hands, and feet.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators,</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">safety vests, gloves and leather work boots.</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Required Tools</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Rain Coat</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">Rain Boots</span><br><span style=\"color: black;\">ZACHRY is dedicated in providing a Safe and Drug Free work environment;
