    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Jig Set Up</strong></p><p><strong>Reports to: Department Supervisor &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Direct Reports: No&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Location: New Albany MS</strong></p><p><strong>Employment Type: Full Time&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Starting Pay: $17.17</strong></p><p><strong>Shift: 2nd Shift 4:00PM -2:30AM Monday - Thursday with OT has needed&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;S</strong><strong>ummary:</strong></p><p>Provides mechanical skilled trade support as assigned by department Supervisor.</p><p><strong>Examples of Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Inspects and performs mechanical installation/maintenance/repair on systems as required.</li><li>Troubleshoots and addresses repairs and maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Orders and organizes parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete jobs effectively.</li><li>Documents the installation/maintenance/repairs performed and ensures accordance with procedure.&nbsp;</li><li>Operates power tools and may use chemicals that require safety training.</li><li>Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.</li><li>Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.</li><li>Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision</li><li>Loads jig, which involves the use of hands and arms to open jig, put metal in jig; adding latches and foam blocks, adding wooden blocks to fill space. &nbsp;Involves the use of hands, arms and feet to lift metal refrigeration parts weighing up to 100 lbs. &nbsp;Will involve using a tape measure, setting clamps to hold metal in place, closing and locking doors, and cleaning out foam shot hole.</li><li>Removes wooden blocks and takes panel, cabinet, etc. to next process. &nbsp;Involves the use of verbal communication skills to receive directions through personal conversation.</li><li>Responsible for adhering to all standard operating procedures to promote the safety of all employees, including wearing safety gear when required; hearing warning sounds, and recognizing potentially dangerous situations in an indoor plant environment.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Keeps workspace clean and clutter-free.</li><li>Retrieves required supplies as needed.</li><li>Performs duties of other workers in the departments such as building skids.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Technical capacity to read technical diagrams.</li><li>Written and Verbal Communication.</li><li>Learning Orientation.</li><li>Time Management.</li><li>Thoroughness.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Six months or more of equivalent experience.</li><li>Must have the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Ability to properly utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, half-face and/or Powered Air Purifying Respirators, protective clothing, and fall restraint harnesses.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work 40 hours per week and be available for overtime when necessary.</li><li>Available for training on various shifts.</li><li>Consistently/Frequently - see (vision), hear, ability to read and write, ability to interpret information, basic math, reading, and writing in English.</li><li>Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent attendance record and work history.</li><li>A strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<em>RSG is an EEO employer as defined by the EEOC.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
