    "description": "<p>All Options is looking for a Trading Systems Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Team in our Austin, TX office. This isn’t your average IT role; you will operate at the intersection of high-performance systems and low latency within geographically constrained infrastructure where precision matters. As we expand our trading footprint, we are growing our US presence and hiring a versatile Systems Engineer to join our global Infrastructure team and support our efforts to expand our physical presence to additional US exchanges.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will share and ultimately have ownership of our infrastructure, with a focus on the US environment, while collaborating closely with colleagues in Amsterdam and Austin. You will build a deep understanding of our server landscape, network topology, cloud providers, and core systems to ensure our platform runs securely, reliably, and at high performance.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the design and evolution of a scalable, multi-location IT architecture capable of handling varying loads and latency requirements</li>\n<li>Collaborate on new installations, including low-latency exchange connectivity and server deployments in collaboration with our in-house infrastructure and development teams as well as external vendors</li>\n<li>Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, performance engineers, and our in-house development teams to proactively identify and resolve system reliability risks</li>\n<li>Build and operate Kubernetes environments, including developing operators and improving deployment pipelines</li>\n<li>Migrate legacy systems to modern infrastructure designs and continuously optimize performance</li>\n<li>Design and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Requirements:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for someone with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years of experience</span> in systems engineering or infrastructure roles, who meets most of the following criteria (or is eager to grow into them):</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kubernetes</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">containerization (Docker)</span></li>\n<li>Solid background in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Linux systems administration</span></li>\n<li>Good understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">server, storage, network infrastructure</span></li>\n<li>Experience with setting up and managing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">low-latency exchange infrastructure</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automation, scripting (e.g. Bash), and CI/CD pipelines</span></li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Git-based workflows and tools</span></li>\n<li>Knowledge of networking concepts such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls</span></li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring tools such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix</span></li>\n<li>Basic experience with network analysis tools (e.g. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wireshark, tcpdump</span>)</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">virtualization technologies and storage provisioning (e.g. VMware)</span> is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join All Options?</span></p>\n<p>At All Options we offer a dynamic collaborative environment where ambition is rewarded and growth is real.
