This is a senior delivery role with strategic accountability </span><span>and</span><span> the person in this role doesn't just execute campaigns, they shape the approach, own the creative and stewardship quality, and use data to drive decisions.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The role has direct oversight of the bequest program strategy and mid-value donor pipeline and operates within the strategic framework set by the Head of Mass Fundraising &amp; Data Strategy — translating data warehouse insights, segmentation outputs, and income strategies into high-quality campaigns, donor journeys, and stewardship activity. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Reporting to the Head of Mass Fundraising &amp; Data Strategy, this role is a cornerstone of the Mass Fundraising team's revenue engine</span><span> and is</span><span> responsible for the donor relationships and campaign delivery that underpin the Foundation's long-term income sustainability.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This is a 12-month fixed term position, full time hours, and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Who are you?</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A senior mass fundraising professional with strong individual giving expertise and experience delivering high</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>performing, multi</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>channel campaigns end to end.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A confident, donor</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>centred communicator who uses data, insight and creativity to shape strategy and deliver excellent donor journeys.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A proactive and organised leader who balances big</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>picture thinking with attention to detail in a fast</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>paced environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A people</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>focused leader who sets direction, coaches others and owns outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A warm, genuine and collaborative individual, motivated by purpose and creating impact for children and families.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key criteria</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in individual giving, direct marketing or mass fundraising, with demonstrated leadership experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong experience delivering and optimising multi</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>channel fundraising campaigns, including digital, direct mail, EDM and telemarketing.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated experience in donor acquisition, retention and stewardship across the individual giving lifecycle.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience designing and managing donor journeys and automated communications using CRM and marketing automation platforms.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven experience briefing, managing and evaluating external agencies and suppliers.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong analytical and financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>paced environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative, solutions</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>focused approach.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What is our difference? </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>When you join the team, you’re not just doing another ‘job’.
