As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced technical expert who thrives on transforming complex business requirements into elegant, scalable software solutions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution, leading complex ERP and workflow optimizations that drive massive operational efficiency for our clients. You will work in close collaboration with Functional Consultants to ensure all technical requirements of a customer implementation are met flawlessly, taking ownership of specialized, high-impact technical tasks.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This senior position focuses extensively on our powerful SalesPad for Dynamics GP suite of products, as well as the growing SalesPad for Business Central ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through cloud and on-premise distribution software transformations, specifically assisting customers in designing and building advanced, automated workflows to unlock maximum efficiency within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Implementation &amp; Delivery</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Solution Design &amp; Translation:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Frequently work in tandem with Functional Consultants to understand intricate business processes and translate complex functional requirements into robust, sustainable technical specifications and architectures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Advanced Scripting:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance custom scripts using SQL and C#, complex reports using Microsoft SQL, custom fields, and specialized integrations necessary for successful software implementations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Product Mastery:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Serve as a senior technical resource for the </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">SalesPad for GP</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> suite integrating with Dynamics GP, and drive technical deployment for </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">SalesPad for Business Central</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Workflow Optimization:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to map out, construct, and refine advanced operational workflows, utilizing SalesPad to eliminate bottlenecks and make their ERP processes significantly more efficient.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Risk Mitigation &amp; Strategic Growth</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Risk Management:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex technical risks, performance issues, and structural challenges throughout the entire project lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Subject Matter Expertise:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Act as an internal technical authority, trusted advisor, and primary escalation point for the broader consulting and implementation teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Mentorship &amp; Knowledge Sharing:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Actively participate in and lead ongoing technical training to continually expand the technical capabilities and maturity of the Professional Services team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Professional Experience:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting, software implementation, or systems integration role within an enterprise software environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">ERP Ecosystem Expertise:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Proven, deep technical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">SalesPad Familiarity:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Prior experience implementing, configuring, or scripting within the SalesPad product ecosystem is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Advanced Technical Skills:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Strong proficiency in SQL Server and C# or other programming languages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About Cavallo</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cavallo is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge profit technologies for product-centric brands and wholesale distributors. .
