Tools:</strong>&nbsp;Participate in the formulation and updates of credentials policies and procedures; design and develop documentation forms and data collection tools that support policies and procedures.</li><li><strong>Support Medical Staff Bylaws:</strong>&nbsp;Provide ongoing assistance to the Medical Staff at McLeod Health in the establishment and maintenance of their bylaws and associated documents.</li><li><strong>Create Strategic Communications:</strong>&nbsp;Develop Credentials Strategic teaching and communication tools and serve as a liaison to individual hospitals on matters of credentials and privileging.</li><li><strong>Provide Data &amp; Support Services:</strong>&nbsp;Provide data and other support services to administration, physicians, the Board of Trustees, and regulatory agencies.</li><li><strong>Oversee Data Collection:</strong>&nbsp;Oversee data collection and entry for reporting practice patterns, trends in patient care, and benchmarking data to administration, the medical staff, and the governing body.</li><li><strong>Stay Current &amp;
