The position will involve working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics), outdoors in various weather, and lifting heavy equipment, requiring strength and stamina.  Can include standard hours, but often requires emergency calls, evenings, weekends.  Uses hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and sometimes computer systems for energy management.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma/GED and completed apprenticeship/training.</li>\n <li>HVAC license, EPA certification, NATE certification.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in various environments, lift heavy objects, and work after hours/weekends.</li>\n</ul>",
