Our growing <strong>IOP and PHP program</strong> in Chevy Chase is seeking passionate, skilled therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.</li>\n <li>Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.</li>\n <li>Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.</li>\n <li>Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.</li>\n <li>Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.</li>\n <li>Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT</strong> (Associate/Provisional)</li>\n   <li><strong>LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT</strong> (Fully Licensed)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting.</li>\n <li>Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.</li>\n <li>Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.</li>\n <li>Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.</li>\n <li>Willingness to obtain a <strong>CAQH profile</strong> and <strong>NPI</strong> during onboarding.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
