As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA</li>\n <li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings</li>\n <li>Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors</li>\n <li>Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies</li>\n <li>Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members</li>\n <li>Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings</li>\n <li>Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active RBT certification- <strong>REQUIRED</strong></li>\n <li>Hands-on CPR Certification required</li>\n <li>Background in mental health, child development, or education preferred</li>\n <li>Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact</li>\n <li>Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations - REQUIRED</li>\n <li>Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Environment</p>\n<ul>\n <li>In-Home Services</li>\n <li>Location(s):Columbus, Ft.Moore, Midland, & Fortson, GA</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
