As a small business, we pride ourselves on fostering a close-knit, family-like atmosphere where every team member is valued and has the opportunity to make a significant impact.</p>\n<p>The trucks are fueled nightly, and maintained on site for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must have Frameless End Dump experience and manual transmission experience.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely drive truck to and from destination applying knowledge of DOT driving regulations and area roads</li>\n<li>Check loads to ensure product is being hauled in an appropriate and safe manner to adjust to desired level</li>\n<li>Verify directions with plant personnel before leaving the plant to ensure delivery to the correct customer and job site</li>\n<li>Strive to meet customer expectations</li>\n<li>Assist other company employees as needed</li>\n<li>Complete pre and post trip inspections on truck equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain good working knowledge of the traffic routes of the area</li>\n<li>Must be able to take orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors and management</li>\n<li>Adhere to all company, DOT and OSHA rules and regulations at all times</li>\n<li>Meet or exceed company safety standards</li>\n<li>Perform other job responsibilities as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Qualifications:<br>Minimum Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a valid PA issued commercial driver's license, Class A license</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be at least 21 years of age</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>MVR - No DUI's or DWI's in the last 5 years, no more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>End Dump Driver experience needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements and Environmental Demands:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree</li>\n<li>Exerting 50 – 100 pounds of force occasionally</li>\n<li>Exerting 25 – 50 pounds of force frequently</li>\n<li>Exerting 10 – 20 pounds of force continually</li>\n<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/customers as well as function safely around heavy rolling equipment</li>\n<li>Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls</li>\n<li>Must pass DOT physical to include hearing test and drug/alcohol screen</li>\n<li>Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors</li>\n<li>Must wear protective equipment while on the job</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,100.00 per week</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Employee discount</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Life insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 hour shift</li>\n<li>12 hour shift</li>\n<li>Day shift</li>\n<li>Home daily</li>\n<li>Home time</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n<li>Morning shift</li>\n<li>Year round work</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frameless End Dump: 1 year (Required)</li>\n<li>Manual transmission: 1 year (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>License/Certification:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>CDL A (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ability to Commute:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hanover, PA 17331 (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ability to Relocate:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hanover, PA 17331: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>",
