Join Our Mission
As a Group Home Worker, you will be responsible for creating a therapeutic and nurturing home environment for youth in a group home setting. The goal of the position is to maintain a safe, secure atmosphere conducive to the youth’s positive growth and change. This includes teaching daily and independent living skills, mentoring and promoting community integration.

Job Responsibilities
• Ability to plan and engage youth in activities
• Demonstrated decision making, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written, including attention to detail
• Form therapeutic relationships with youth and families
• Work with a culturally and economically diverse population
• Knowledge of group dynamics preferred
Job Requirements
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Human Services preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with at risk youth preferred
• TCI, First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification
• Flexible availability required including night and weekend hours
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency
• MS Office skills required
Current Schedule Opening:
Saturday: 3 pm to 11 pm | Sunday: 2 pm to 10 pm | Monday: 8 am to 4 pm | Tuesday: 2 pm to 10 pm | Wednesday: 11 am to 7 pm
Thursday & Friday OFF
Paid Orientation & Training
All new hires must complete 2-3 weeks of mandatory, fully paid training to ensure you are set up for success!
This program is held Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Full attendance is required during this initial period before you transition into your permanent assigned shift.
